UndieWarehouse Has New Owners

As of 12th October 2015, UndieWarehouse is now part of the Floor Five Pty Ltd group of leading e-commerce stores.  The new management team have moved the warehouse from Sydney to our headquarters facility in Brisbane Floor Five Pty Ltd in Brisbane, Queensland.  We're excited about building a much better and bigger UndieWarehouse under the experienced leadership of the Floor Five team!  

Who are the new owners?

Floor Five Pty Ltd is an experienced and reputable company in the e-commerce and web services field.  The management team are passionate about fantastic customer service and a brilliant online experience.  With over a decade of retail experience, you are in safe hands with the guys at Floor Five Pty Ltd in charge.

How does this affect me?

Probably not at all.  We're aiming to make your shopping experience with UndieWarehouse even slicker and easier.  We want to ensure that if you order something from us at UndieWarehouse, we have it in stock and it is delivered to you speedily.  Over the coming months, we'll be bettering the internal systems and processes to ensure the best possible level of customer service to you guys.  There will be changes, but they'll be for the better.

What if I have an outstanding issue from the old owners?

We're aware that the service offered by the old management was sometimes not as good as you might hope.  But don't worry, we're working with customers and the old owners to resolve any outstanding issues or enquiries as quickly as possible.  Please just get in touch with us, and we will do the rest for you - that's what good customer service is about.
