What is Undie Warehouse’s returns policy?

We will refund or exchange any purchase within 30 days of the dispatch date. We accept sale quality products back which means unworn, unwashed goods in the original purchase condition with manufacturers tags attached.  For more information and steps to return a products please see our returns page.

Can I track my order?

Australia - Yes! purchases sent to any address within australia can be tracked. Your tracking number should be on the bottom of invoice sent to your email address after it has been processed. To find out where your parcel is, input your tracking number into the Australia Post website: www.australiapost.com.au Or if the Item was shipped via Couriers Please then please input your tracking number here: www.couriersplease.com.au/ezytrak

Rest of the world - Unfortunately no, we cannot track international orders at this time.

How long does delivery take?

Australia - 1 - 5 Business days from dispatch date

Rest of the world - This depends on the country, we have no standardised timeframes for international purchases

Can I come and try on products?

Unfortunately no, we do not have a physical store for visits only warehousing facilities.
