So, how is UndieWarehouse different?

While you're here, let us tell you what makes UndieWarehouse different.  Seeing as you're quite the observant type, you may have noticed that our prices are lower than prices you see on other websites and in department stores. How do we do it?  Black magic.  And a lot of deals done with our brand partners in dark alleys.

We have developed a business model that prioritises one thing – great value for our customers.  But having the cheapest prices means things are a little different here at UndieWarehouse.

We cut the crap, the frills and the bull too!

Your order is shipped with the essentials only. We know that you don’t need fancy wrapping and a gold leafed invoice.…you just want great undies and to save a buck!  So we’ve stuck to the essentials.  We usually don't send product packaging, hangers or boxes because you're just going to throw that away anyway.  You can rest assured that all of the stuff you order will be brand new, with any tags and labels that are standard for the manufacturer of your product.

Your favourite undies, on-demand

To have the lowest prices, we keep stock over multiple warehouses including stock at our supplier's warehouses.  Sometimes the items you want will not be available for immediate shipment from our distribution centre, but we'll obtain it as quickly as possible and get it out to you the fastest we can.  We will ship your order once all of the parts of it arrive in our distribution centre. Sometimes this is 1 day, sometimes this is 10.  In some cases, it can be longer but we'll always let you know. Be sure to check availability in our warehouse by clicking the blue button above the product description before adding it to your cart, just in case you’re in a hurry.  In some cases, we aren't able to source the products that our customers have ordered.  We'll let you know as soon as possible and offer you a refund or a substitute product - it's up to you.

More variety than a department store

Because of our unique model, we're able to bring you a lot more variety than what you'll find at a regular department store. Even if you can't find something on our website, get in touch and we'd be happy to see if our suppliers can find the undies you're looking for.

We use Australia Post to deliver your order, allowing us to send undies to the widest network of homes and offices around Australia. Nobody knows Australia like Australia Post, after all. Easy returns

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? Sizing not perfect? No problem! Simply follow the return instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and send your items back to us for a store credit or a refund. No questions asked (just make sure you read our return terms and conditions here first).

In November 2019, we proudly celebrated our 8th anniversary of being online here at UndieWarehouse.  We're constantly working on improving our range and offers to our customers and we can't wait to celebrate our 10th anniversary in 2021.
