Customs and Duties
Products shipped to destinations outside of Australia may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These taxes are levied once a shipment reaches its destination and are your responsibility. UndieWarehouse has no control over these charges and they are not included in the purchase price. Should you decide not to accept the import taxes and / or levies once the goods have arrived in your country, then UndieWarehouse will deduct any return freight costs plus a twenty five percent administration fee from the refund total.
Shipping Documentation
UndieWarehouse may be required to provide information such as purchase price, shipment specifics and product details to customs authorities and their authorised agents to comply with local laws. This information could be displayed on the outside of the package.

Dispatch Time
Our online store advises the despatch time, when you select the size / colour option on the product information page. All Orders (having items available for immediate despatch) received before 08:00 pm (Sydney time) are dispatched before 10am the next day. Any orders received after 08:00 pm are shipped next business day at 10:00 am (Sydney time).
Returns Policy
Refund or Exchange Policy
We at UndieWarehoue offer you a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us, including clearance items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase because it is not what you expected, or size is wrong, please send it back to us in its original condition for a FULL refund of purchase price minus Shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges for items sold With any kind of Free Shipping
If you received FREE SHIPPING from us for your purchase, then we will only refund your full purchase price minus $6.99 which is our cost to ship the items to you on free shipping Wednesday as we simply subsidise this cost of shipping ourselves in order to lower the cost to you!
Returns Condition
UndieWarehouse will accept ONLY unworn and unwashed goods in original condition with manufacturers tags attached for refund and we will issue your account with an amount of credit to spend on your next purchase.
All returns and exchanges MUST be applied for within 30-days of the dispatch date.
Please note
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered for products that have had tags removed, have been worn or washed
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered on hosiery products or G-strings due to hygiene reasons.
- No refunds or exchanges will be offered on any garments where the packaging has been damaged
Returns Procedure
Please email us at customerservice@undiewarehouse.com.au, if you intend to return goods to our store and we will email you with a Return of Goods Form that MUST accompany your purchase. Items sent to us without the correct documentation cannot and will not be accepted at any circumstance and will be returned to the sender at all times.
Return Freight
UndieWarehouse is not liable for freight charges on garments returned to us for either refund or exchange.
Undiewarehouse will also NOT refund any postage paid to ship the products to you the "customer".
Return Freight Liability
UndieWarehouse accepts no liability for items that are either lost or damaged on their return journey to our warehouse. We suggest the used of Registered and Insured Postal Methods for return of goods. Please note any goods that arrive Damaged to us will be sent straight back to you as we CANNOT accept damaged goods, including packages.
International Returns
Goods returned to us as UndieWarehouse from countries other than Australia must to comply with Australian Customs Importation requirements. Please be sure to clearly mark all packages as RETURNED GOODS on the outside of the packaging. We at UndieWarehouse will not accept any Customs or Importation charges that may be imposed on us by Australian Customs Authorities.
