Authority To Leave or Signature on Delivery:

If you elect to have your parcel left without a signature (Authority To Leave), we can't guarantee the delivery of your parcel. Ticking this box at the checkout or otherwise requesting to receive your parcel without providing a signature on receipt means you waive your right to any compensation for lost, stolen or damaged goods. We recommend signature on delivery always.

Customs and Duties

Products shipped to destinations outside of Australia may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These taxes are levied once a shipment reaches its destination and are your responsibility. UndieWarehouse has no control over these charges and they are not included in the purchase price. Should you decide not to accept the import taxes and / or levies once the goods have arrived in your country, then UndieWarehouse will deduct any return freight costs plus a twenty five percent administration fee from the refund total.

Shipping Documentation

UndieWarehouse may be required to provide information such as purchase price, shipment specifics and product details to customs authorities and their authorised agents to comply with local laws. This information could be displayed on the outside of the package.

Dispatch Time

Most orders (having items available for immediate despatch) received before 02:00 pm (Brisbane time) are dispatched before 10:00 am the next day. Any orders received after this cut off are shipped next business day. Please note that many items we sell are sourced from our supplier warehouses upon receiving customer orders and these items usually ship within 10 days approximately. Availability information is always provided to you on the product page and again at the cart.

RTS and Redelivery Extra Conditions

If you have made a mistake with your shipping address or you have not claimed your parcel from the post office and your parcel has been returned to us by Australia Post, you will be required to pay a redelivery fee of at least $18.95 for us to send the goods back to you. Australia Post charges us $11 as a 'Return to Sender' fee so this must be recovered as part of the redelivery fee.  This is less than our cost of sending the goods back to you as we are also charged to have the parcel returned to us by Australia Post.

If you choose not to have the parcel returned to you, we may still need to recover the $11.00 "Return To Sender" charge issued to us by Australia Post and this may be deducted from any refund owning to you for returned goods.

In cases where a parcel has been returned to us by Australia Post due to address error and you do not pay a redelivery fee, we will refund your order to you less any of our shipment costs including the original cost to ship the goods to you, and the Australia Post RTS fee. It's only fair. We keep our prices incredibly low and we're extremely fair when it comes to dealing with our customers. But if you've made an error and haven't notified us, we can't be responsible for that.
